Care Manager | Caring Senior Service – Sugar Land, TX

Caring Senior Service of Sugar Land is looking for a compassionate, motivated Care Manager to lead and support our caregiving team, while ensuring our clients receive personalized, high-quality care in the comfort of their own homes.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who understands the challenges of caregiving and wants to mentor others, build client relationships, and grow professionally in the home care industry.
What You’ll Do:

Recruit & Hire Caregivers: Maintain a talent pipeline to meet growing client needs

Train & Mentor Staff: Deliver onboarding and ongoing training that builds caregiver confidence and competence

Support Caregiver Growth: Conduct performance reviews and coaching sessions

Coordinate Client Care: Help onboard new clients and create care plans (if licensed as LPN/RN)

Manage Scheduling: Match caregivers with clients and ensure reliable coverage

Foster Relationships: Serve as a trusted liaison for families and staff

Step In When Needed: Provide hands-on care as necessary (ADLs, companionship, medication reminders, and more)
What You Bring:

Background in caregiving, healthcare, or senior care
Background in managing and supporting a team

A heart for service and a mind for problem-solving

Strong communication, people skills, and attention to detail

Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to pass background checks
Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday
-
Rotating On-Call (Evenings/Weekends)

Local travel to client homes as needed
Compensation & Perks:

$35,000–$42,000/year, based on experience
