• Drive Business Growth: Identify, develop, and maintain referral relationships with key healthcare professionals, facilities, and community partners.
• Create Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with Home Health, Hospice, Rehab, Independent & Assisted Living communities, and other local organizations to expand our client base.
• Engage the Community: Represent Caring Senior Service at networking events, senior expos, and community gatherings to build brand awareness.
• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Analyze market trends and develop targeted outreach plans to increase referrals and revenue.
• Measure & Optimize Performance: Track and analyze referral trends to refine strategies for maximum impact.
  

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
• Experience in sales, business development, or community outreach within home care, healthcare, or senior services.
• Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for connecting with people.
• A results-driven mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and marketing platforms.
