Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client's quality of life.
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry.
- Monitor and report changes in the client’s health or behavior to the care team.
- Support clients with mobility and transfers as needed, including the use of assistive devices.
- Administer medications as directed and ensure proper documentation.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
