Caring To Love Ministries operates the Care Pregnancy Clinic, a maternal wellness center, in Baton Rouge. We are a faith-based, non-profit organization serving women and their babies. This position is in our administrative area and requires professional business office skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents
- Recruit and schedule volunteers.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Capture meeting minutes and other information as needed
- Assist in creating marketing content and carrying out marketing-related tasks
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative role
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- HIghly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outllook, Publisher, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
