- Local Candidates – Must live within 30 miles of Guilford, Branford, East Haven, New Haven, Wallingford, or North Haven.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with organizing, packing, and relocating clients.
- Move supplies, boxes, decor, and furniture within the home and to new locations.
- Sort, organize, and pack household items for relocation, sale, or donation.
- Safely pack and unpack items for clients.
- Help with the disposal of unwanted items and donation management.
- Take items and set into lots, photograph each lot and create descriptions for online auctions.
- Work at our in home Estate Sales
- Clean out homes to ready them for sale by donating or disposing of all items left behind
- Engage with clients and their families professionally and compassionately.
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
- Represent Caring Transitions in community events and initiatives.

Job Requirements:
- Must be able to lift more than 30 pounds safely and comfortably.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Ability to stand, move, and work for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility in availability—please include your availability when applying.
- Part-time hours with no guarantee of set hours—your schedule will vary each week.
