Our typical hours are Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM.What You’ll Do : Organize & Pack : Help clients sort, organize, and pack their personal belongings for relocation, downsizing, or estate sales.Support Transitions : Assist in unpacking and setting up clients’ new living spaces for a comfortable Day One experience.Stage for Sales : Prepare personal items for estate auctions, both online and in person.Be a Compassionate Companion : Provide emotional support and reassurance to clients, ensuring their comfort throughout the process.Collaborate : Work closely with clients, their families, and team members, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.Who We’re Looking For : Empathetic & Respectful : You understand the emotional aspects of relocation and treat clients and their families with compassion.Physically Capable : Able to lift and move items weighing 40-60 pounds.Reliable & Organized : Strong organizational skills and a reliable means of transportation.Tech-Savvy : Comfortable using a smartphone for scheduling, time-keeping, and project management.Flexible & Adaptable : Able to thrive in varied environments, including cluttered or unclean spaces (we provide gloves and aprons).Compensation : Starting pay : $17 - $22.50 per hour, based on experience.How to Apply : If you’re passionate about helping others and meet the qualifications, we’d love to hear from you!
