What are the responsibilities and job description for the Team Member position at Caring Transitions?
Job Summary
This position will have days that you are in the office and days that you are out the field. This person must be able to work 40 hours when needed, have reliable transportation, and be good with people, especially seniors. The office location is in Belleville, IL.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Must be able to walk in and talk about the company and all of our services. Employee must dress nice (nice jeans without holes and/or slacks) when meeting clients and companies.
- Daily activities will vary; we will be preparing items for an online auction, coordinating cleanouts, visiting clients and/or senior serving locations, helping seniors pack/unpack, and going to vendor fairs. Must be active and able to pick up 30lbs.
- The person for this position needs to be flexible, know how to communicate and listen to others needs. This positions will need someone who knows when to just listen to the client.
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer services skills and reliable transportation are a must.
- Computer skills
- Sales experience is a plus.
