Marketing Coordinator
Our growth and expansion provide this unique opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team!
Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote our home health and hospice services in the Bismarck and Minot territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare marketing, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a passion for promoting our vision to touch as many lives as possible with the right care at the right time.
This role involves increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and building relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, families, healthcare professionals, and referral sources.
Collaborate with executive and clinical team to understand target markets and create campaigns that resonate with prospective patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare professionals that generate referrals; and organize and participate in community outreach events, health fairs, and other initiatives to promote care services.
What you will need:

1 years of experience in healthcare marketing, preferably in home health and/or hospice

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content.

Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, patients, and families.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A passion for healthcare and helping others in the community.

Willingness to travel to Minot as scheduled
