Job Description
Monday to Friday position. Must be able to commute to site.
DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: Under the direction of Property Manager to lease units and provide customer assistance to the clients of CMC and the property. The person must relate well to people and exercise good judgment and discretion in dealing with residents, vendors, and co-workers. Knowledge of HUD, and Tax Credits. Attention to detail and logic and provide excellent customer service. Ability to identify and solve problem.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year of experience in affordable housing management or related fields preferred.
- 2 years of managing people and projects.
- 1 year with HUD, Tax Credit or other low income housing programs experience preferred.
- COS, TCS, and/or BOS highly preferred
- Ability to make legible written reports.
- Ability to work well with diversity populations.
