DESCRIPTION OF POSITION:: The Operations Assistant provides support to the functions of CMC’s Occupancy & Compliance Departments and reports directly to the Occupancy Compliance Supervisor.

- Experience working with reception/ administration / customer service required
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Ordering office supplies
- Maintenance for office repair work orders, water leaks, pest control, and copy machine service requests, internet maintenance
- Distributing mail and outgoing mail
- Photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Strong written skills
- Maturity and dependability.
