\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Team Member to join our team at Carl Albert State College. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality support services to our students, faculty, and staff.
\Key Responsibilities
\The successful candidate will be responsible for:
\- Assisting the Support Team Coordinator in implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of new support team system services.
- Providing academic coaching and advising to students in targeted courses/programs.
- Identifying and addressing the needs of low-performing students and connecting them to relevant support resources.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes.
Requirements
\To be considered for this role, you must have:
\- A Bachelor's degree in Advising, Counseling, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum two years' experience in student services, advising, and/or counseling (postsecondary experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
