Automotive Service Business Development Representative Kennesaw, GA
At Carl Black Chevrolet Buick GMC , we service 125 vehicles per day thru our service department. Our Service Business Development Representative requires a keen sense of urgency to customer requests for scheduling service appointments to our dealership. Candidates must be able to multi-task several requests with immediate response. This is a Full-Time position that provides our benefits package with flexible schedule of 40 hours per week.
The Service BDC Representative position has a base hourly pay commission pay scale.
Job Duties :
- Handling service inquiries via phone / internet, making approx. 100-120 calls / day, setting appointments for the service advisors.
- Make outbound calls to remind customers of scheduled maintenance or recalls needed on their vehicles.
- Work closely with service department following through on all internet leads, and phone calls on a daily basis.
