Job Responsibilities
* Provide a professional customer service experience to all customers that enter Carl Black Automotive.
* Must be proficient with technology relating to telephone systems and PC knowledge.
* Provide receptionist,administrative,and secretarial support .
* Operate multi-line Polycom telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls to determine the purpose of the call and transfer the caller to the appropriate personnel or department.
* Welcome on-site visitors to determine the nature of there business and announce visitors to the appropriate personnel.
* Perform various clerical duties.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Bi-lingual is a plus
* Be a multi-tasker.
* Excellent customer service skills.
