Responsibilities :
- Assist in the design, testing, and optimization of packaging materials.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.
- Conduct research on sustainable packaging and manufacturing best practices.
- Perform packaging performance tests and analyze results.
- Work with cross-functional teams (R&D, manufacturing, quality, operations) to implement packaging and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot packaging and process-related issues in production.
- Collect and analyze data to support process and packaging enhancements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations on findings and recommendations.
