Position Summary:
The HR Representative plays a pivotal role in supporting HR operations at CBQ. Reporting directly to the HR Generalist, this position is responsible for managing the points system, providing frontline support to employees, assisting with HR projects and employee events, and ensuring seamless execution of annual open enrollment meetings in collaboration with site HR and operations management.
The HR Representative will also focus on fostering employee appreciation and recognition initiatives, conducting investigations as needed, and accurately processing payroll hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the points system and ensure consistent application of policies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
- Assist the site HR Generalist in executing HR projects and coordinating employee events.
- Conduct annual open enrollment meetings in collaboration with corporate HR management.
- Execute employee appreciation and recognition programs.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Oversee the transition of temporary employees to permanent roles and facilitate comprehensive onboarding procedures.
- Process payroll hours accurately and on time, collaborating closely with payroll and finance teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR information and employee data.
- Support HR initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- High School Diploma

- Solid understanding of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
