What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and value-based conversations.
- Follow up with clients as needed to offer support and reinforce trust.
- Work closely with our team to create a positive and efficient office environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have customer service experience—you know how to engage with clients and handle their needs professionally.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A detail-oriented, self-motivated team player who thrives in a fast-paced setting.
- Office experience preferred; insurance industry experience would be nice!
- P&C and Life licenses are beneficial but not required—we can discuss obtaining them later.
