Job Summary:
Carl Hogan GM is seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Associate. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the fast-paced and dynamic automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars and sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong customer service mindset. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating leads, providing excellent customer service, and closing deals on new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Build relationships with customers to identify their needs and preferences
- Conduct test drives and explain features and benefits of vehicles
- Provide pricing information and negotiate sales with customers
- Follow-up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and increase likelihood of future sales
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Participate in sales training and meetings
- Meet and exceed monthly and yearly sales targets
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with customers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure
