Duties
- Greet and assist visitors at the front desk, providing excellent customer service.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for team members.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as preparing reports, memos, and presentations.
- Support the team with various projects as needed.
- Ensure the office environment is welcoming and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong front desk experience with a focus on customer service.
- Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Excellent computer literacy including data entry skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
