We are seeking a Receptionist / Legal Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities :
- Draft correspondences and other formal documents
- Merging and sending solicitation letters
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Maintain calendars
- Data entry and word processing
- Greet and assist onsite guests
- Answer inbound telephone calls
- Maintain organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications :
Are you an energetic, outgoing person, with excellent telephone skills, customer service experience, and an eye for detail? We are currently looking for someone for a full-time, entry level position. Great for someone who is either starting in the workforce or someone who wants to use their existing skills.
