Job Description
The Crew Member is responsible for providing a positive guest service experience, preparing quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for all guests and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently provide a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction.
- Follow all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures to ensure all guests receive service beyond their expectations.
- Work assigned position(s) accurately and productively, cleaning and stocking the assigned area(s), and performing other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Ensure all guests receive hot, quality food prepared according to Menu Standards.
