What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Carl's Jr.?
We are looking for candidates to become General Managers. We are an expanding company through opening new locations and acquiring existing locations. This position would hire at a high hourly rate while training as a shift manger. Once a store becomes available there will be a pay increase and access to bonus opportunities.
Training and the job responsibilities of a General Manager include :
Mastering the key behaviors of every station.
Interviewing, hiring and training new team members
Truck orders
Cash management
Inventory management
Scheduling
Controlling costs within a budget
