We’re looking for a Technical Marketing Specialist who’s ready to dig into the technical side of eCommerce, paid advertising, and marketing solutions. What You’ll Do
- Own Website Functionality & Content Management: Keep the Carl’s Place website accurate, optimized, and fully functional by managing product pages, pricing, stock status, and category structures. Ensure a seamless shopping experience by maintaining site configurations, troubleshooting display issues, and refining product variations and attributes.
- Manage Site Tracking & Analytics: Oversee Google Tag Manager and GA4 implementations to track key site interactions, eCommerce conversions, and campaign attributions. Ensure tagging, firing events, and UTM tracking are properly configured for accurate reporting.
- Optimize SEO & Site Performance: Implement SEO best practices across the website.
- Troubleshoot & Maintain eCommerce Integrations: Manage and troubleshoot integrations with third-party tools such as payment gateways, shipping systems, ERP, and CRM tools. Ensure smooth data synchronization and proactively resolve technical issues.
- Manage Promotions & Product Data: Oversee the implementation of pricing strategies, promotions, and seasonal campaigns, ensuring accuracy and alignment across the site, paid media, and marketing channels.
- Support Paid Media & Email Campaigns: Ensure tracking and tagging are correctly applied to all paid media campaigns. Assist in managing email marketing automations and segmentations to optimize lead generation and customer engagement.
- Develop & Maintain Technical Documentation: Create and update technical content, including dynamic product diagrams, manuals, and other interactive site elements that enhance customer understanding and engagement.
- Collaborate Across Teams for Continuous Improvement: Work closely with developers, marketers, and customer service to enhance website functionality, improve eCommerce workflows, and implement new features that drive conversions and efficiency.
Skills You’ll Need
- 3 years managing e-commerce websites, using platforms such as Magento 2/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce
- Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS for troubleshooting and site management
- High proficiency with analytics, tagging, and tracking (Google Tag Manager, GA4, UTM parameters)
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and technical site optimization
- High level of comfort with computers and various software, such as Adobe Creative Suite and HubSpot
- Proven success in managing email marketing and paid advertising campaigns
- An interest in or curiosity about golf is a plus, but not a dealbreaker

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
