Farmers Insurance Agent located in Bartlett, is looking for a friendly face with an outgoing personality, upbeat attitude, looking to provide support to clients and prospects in a fast-paced environment. This agency proactively generates auto / home / life / and business insurance products. Will be involved in servicing current client needs, assisting Agent, completing daily office administration needs, making outbound sales calls, etc. Entry level will be full time with a probationary period. Property and Casualty license will need to be acquired by the end of probationary period.

Responsibilities
Establish client relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, and billing clarification, quoting and setting appointments for new business.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
Requirements
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Organizational skills
