Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Experience : Minimum three years of relevant nursing experience

Job Description :
- The Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for a group of patients for a designated time, providing care through the nursing process, trends, technology, and resources.
- Perform responsibilities and duties required by the unit, specific to the scope of service.
- Implement procedures and theories related to the area of practice.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care to ensure integration of information for use by the healthcare team.
- Complete initial assessment upon patient admission and develop an appropriate plan of care in accordance with unit standards based on patient and family needs.
- Implement the plan of care, nursing interventions, and patient care procedures.
- Modify the plan of care based on continuous evaluation.
- Take responsibility for patient and employee safety by reporting and / or correcting safety hazards and incidents.
- Communicate directly and privately when necessary to resolve issues.
- Offer constructive feedback to assist in the professional development of peers and confer with colleagues to expand the knowledge base.
- Identify personal learning needs and take initiative to find appropriate solutions.
- Fulfill all requirements of departmental competencies.
