This role as a Registered Nurse with Carle Health System is an excellent opportunity to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals who share your passion for making a difference in the lives of others. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing services to women and their families through the Nurse-Family Partnership Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits to assess the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental needs of women and their families.
- Develop therapeutic relationships and utilize concepts of reflection and motivational interviewing with women and their families in a home visiting environment.
- Formulate nursing diagnoses based on nursing assessment and client goals and evaluate client progress toward stated goals and NFP outcomes.
