Position Highlights:
- Physicians and APPs: 11 physicians (plus 1 psychologist), 8 APPs
- Patient Population: Typically not newborns, ages ranging from general
- Patient Volume: 10-12 to 18-20 patients per half-day clinic
- Nursing Team Culture: Primary nurses, float nurses, and supportive team members working together
- Frequent Nursing Skills: Phone triage, patient education, blood draws for PRP injections, prioritization, and multitasking
Licenses and Certifications: RN License in Illinois, BLS Certification within 30 days
Education: H.S. Diploma/GED
Ongoing Education and Development: Provide competent healthcare to patients and families, adhere to established standards of care, and demonstrate leadership skills
Responsibilities: Facilitate healthcare services, ensure accurate documentation, provide leadership for quality initiatives, assist with standing orders, show initiative and dependability, and foster a culture of outstanding patient service
