Position Summary :
The Counselor provides outpatient therapy to Carle patients in the Behavioral Health.
Qualifications :
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Masters Social Work or Masters in related field CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Illinois or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) Illinois. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Prior experience with providing psychotherapy in a clinical setting. Prior experience with the treatment of a variety of mental health disorders. OTHER REQUIREMENTS Strong communication and listening skills. Ability to work effectively with a multitude of personalities at various organizational levels. Ability to clarify goals and see projects through to completion.
