Position Summary :

The Dietetic Technician provides the Food Service department with the work required in the operation of the diet office. Functions as a Dining Service operator.

Qualifications :

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS None specified. CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Food Handler Certification. Food Handler Certification required within 30 days. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Food Services SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of nutrition and / or modified diets preferred. The ability to both read and understand written instructions, numerical ability, and ability to work with other people. Good communication skills. Basic computer skills.
