Position Summary :
The OB / Gyne supervisor manages nursing activities within the OB / gyne department and provides clinical expertise in the nursing process.
Qualifications :
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Nursing CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Registered Professional Nurse (RN) License Illinois upon hire. National Nursing Certification within 3 years. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Experience in healthcare or related setting. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Leadership and organizational skills. Ability to promote good interpersonal relationships for all staff in department(s). Ability to motivate, accept, and institute changes. Communicates effectively and professionally with all members of interdisciplinary team and customers, both verbally and written. Knowledge of PC applications.
