Position Summary :
The Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Home Health evaluates and treats patients of all ages for issues related to speech, language, or swallowing. Serves as a role model in the delivery of professional services and as a clinical resource for staff and students.
Qualifications :
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or Related Field CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS Speech Language Pathology (SLP) License Illinois upon hire and Driver's License upon hire and Proof of Auto Insurance upon hire. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS One (1) year Healthcare / Medical - Speech Language Pathologist SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE Ability to work as a member of an interdisciplinary team. Drives reliable transportation and maintains state required insurance and valid Driver's License.
