Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of multifamily residential construction projects, ensuring timely completion, high-quality results, and adherence to project schedules.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring efficient sequencing of activities and achievement of milestones.
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing and promoting compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
