Job Type: Full Time

• 7:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
• Overtime When Needed

Duties

• Supervise Service Department Operations
• Create/Finalize Service Work Orders
• Create Service Quotes And Present For Customer Approval
• Monitor And Maintain Timelines And Quality Standards
• Provide a Positive and Productive Work Environment For Employees
• Answer And Transfer Phone Calls/Text Messages/Emails
• Warranty Administration
• Daily Time Card/Job Clock Audits
• Monitor And Maintain Technician Training Progress
• Maintain/Monitor Health & Safety Training
• Generating And Analyzing Reports
• Lifting And Bending
• Standing, Walking, Sitting, Kneel, Crawl Occasionally
• Uphold Standards Set By Carleton Equipment

Qualifications

• Must Be Able To Operate Equipment Safely
• Must Have Basic Computer Skills - Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.
• Math Skills - Ability To Calculate Totals, Percentages, Discounts
• Reasoning Skills - Ability To Listen, Evaluate, And Problem Solve
• Public Speaking Ability - Able To Direct And Address Employees In A Group Setting When Needed.
