What are the responsibilities and job description for the Production Associate position at Carlex Glass America?

Monitor processes and investigate causes of defects
Review procedures and processes and make adjustments as needed to improve operations
Train new hire production associates in the manufacturing processes and procedures
Generate and maintain appropriate records as required
Participate and embrace continuous improvement actions
Work and participate in a team environment
Follow the Carlex Vision, Mission and Values
Work with internal and external customers on quality issues
Perform other reasonable tasks as required by Supervisor or Team Lead
