ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Carry out repairs to all types of equipment and facilities in a safe, timely and professional manner
• Troubleshoot defective equipment in order to isolate causes and make repairs
• Follow instructions given by Maintenance supervisor on shift
• Complete daily walk-through inspections on equipment in assigned area
• Complete run time and down time PMs on equipment in assigned areas
• Track time through work order completion
• Assist with troubleshooting production process issues as needed
• Keep all work areas clean and tidy – including tools & toolbox
• Update supervision, staff and operators, both verbally and via written reports, on the status of equipment maintenance issues
• Promote a team environment
• Work in a safety-first manner while adhering to all LOTO, Arc Flash, Confined Space and Environmental policies
• Respond to internal & external customers in a timely manner
KEY COMPETENCIES
• Advanced/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Hands-on approach to problem solving and analysis
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment to effectively address and resolve all maintenance issues
• A strong desire for independent growth & professional development

REQUIREMENTS
Years of Experience:
• 2 Years of experience in industrial maintenance
Other Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license required for business travel
• Demonstrated knowledge of Robotic programming is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of PLC logic troubleshooting is preferred but not required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Regular and predictable attendance required
• Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays
