Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern architect to join our team in delivering medium-scale commercial, civic, municipal, and institutional design projects.
The ideal candidate will have completed coursework and obtained a Bachelor's of Architecture (or BA/BS in Architecture) or Master's of Architecture degree from an NAAB accredited institution.
Candidate should be fluent in design, drafting, and general office software programs and operating systems including: Autodesk AutoCAD, Trimble Sketchup, Microsoft Office (including Project), and Apple OS.
Responsibilities:
- Development of concept designs
- Construction document drafting
- Preparation of technical specifications
- Construction cost analysis
- Existing conditions verification
- Meeting attendance
- Oversight of construction operations
