Overview:
The Carlile Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Maintenance Tech to oversee the upkeep and functionality of our diverse portfolio of managed properties. This key role involves planning, deployment, and execution of maintenance efforts ensuring that our properties maintain the highest standards of appearance and functionality.
The current opportunity is offered as a full-time position. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Wage range is approximated between $19-$23 per hour. Benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan with employer contribution, performance bonus compensation, paid vacation, and personal time.
Candidate should additionally be a self-starter and motivated to represent our company and our services to our clients. A valid driver’s license is required (company vehicle provided).
What will you do?
· Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize property performance and longevity.
· Direct maintenance team, including technicians, vendors, and support staff.
· Manage budgets for maintenance projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
· Collaborate with external vendor and contractors, ensuring quality of workmanship.
· Ensure properties follow local regulations, relevant codes, and industry standards.
· Establish and manage preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize property lifespan.
· Develop and implement emergency response plan to address unexpected maintenance issues.
· Communicate property maintenance activities.
· Conduct building and unit condition status inspections
Education and Experience:
Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent with college coursework and/or work experience in a related field.
