What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead Parts Coordinator ($23.30 - $36.10 DOE) position at Carlile Transportation?
Essential Duties
- Operate safely and compliance with all established HSSE policies and procedures
- Generate purchase orders for part ordering
- Research, request and order parts needed for specific units
- Receive and check-in inventory to reconcile product ordered versus product received
- Check invoice against quote received for parts ordered
- Maintain, organize, and stock parts rooms
- Scan invoices and send to A / P
- Coordinate with A / P in the process of approving invoices from vendors
- Issue parts to shop personnel upon request
- Conduct quarterly inventory of parts
- Will purchase parts for required repairs on Delta Western equipment
- Other duties as assigned
