Receptionist - Virden RHC

Position Summary:

The Virden Rural Health Clinic Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, registering patients, reviewing charts for accuracy, and scanning document into charts among a variety of other clerical tasks. This position is anticipated to start in March 2025.

Department: Rural Health Clinic - Virden Location

Status: Full-time; Non-Exempt; Days

Position Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to work with different coding/classification systems
• Knowledge of Physician Office Coding, ICD-9 and CPT
• Medical Office Certification preferred
• Basic computer and strong typing skills
