Responsibilities
As a Licensed Practical Nurse, your primary responsibilities will include resident care and direction of nursing care during assigned shifts. This includes staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel, as well as working with physicians and other medical professionals to achieve positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction.
Qualifications
To qualify for this role, you must have a current, unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice, prior experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting, and excellent written and oral communication skills. A professional image in both appearance and behavior is essential.
