CarlinVision is looking for a Full Time Vision Correction Facilitator. CarlinVision provides Advanced Eyecare with a Hometown Touch. We are looking for an individual who can create an exceptional experience for the patient. The ideal candidate excels in communication skills, is skilled in building relationships with patients and team members, efficient in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
The Vision Correction Facilitator plays a key role in the development, implementation, and management of LASIK and refractive surgery. Duties include consultation, patient education, pre-operative and post-operative care, medication management and supply ordering. This includes assisting with internal and external marketing strategies, patient education, and staff training. The Vision Correction Facilitator will ensure that all patients are educated during their Lasik experience.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma
- 1 years of experience in a healthcare setting required
- At least 2 years of sales experience preferred
- 1 years of ophthalmic/optometric experience preferred
