Carlisle Construction Materials (CCM ), has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Shift Crew Leader (3rd shift) to join their team in Carlisle, PA . The Maintenance Shift Crew Leader on 3rd shift is responsible for performing repairs on all machinery and equipment throughout
the plant and is also accountable for minor administrative functions including assigning work orders and
work order time recording. Expected hours of work 40 hours a week with a varied shift schedule 8-10
hours shifts with occasional overtime and weekend hours. No travel required.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment- evaluate equipment operation and perform necessary action
when malfunction occurs, or improvements are needed.
