Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner who can lead the way in attracting and hiring top talent across engineering, IT, and continuous improvement disciplines. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring leaders to build the technical teams that drive innovation across our business—from the plant floor to enterprise systems.
What You'll Do:
. Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across a variety of functions—engineering, IT, and CI.
. Partner with business leaders to understand evolving talent needs and deliver customized hiring strategies.
. Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive and active candidates through creative sourcing, strategic outreach, and strong networking.
. Stay in tune with industry trends and market dynamics to help shape smart, agile talent strategies.
. Actively identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, tools, and candidate experience—because good is never good enough.
. Serve as a talent brand ambassador, promoting Carlisle Construction Materials as a great place to work for technical professionals.
Your Focus Areas:
. Engineering – All disciplines, all levels: from plant support to R&D to systems and beyond.
. IT & Digital – Supporting business transformation through systems, data, and technology.
. Continuous Improvement – From Lean thinking to process optimization, you'll help bring in the changemakers.

Requirements:Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree required (Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field).
- 2 years of experience in technical recruiting and/or technical role placement.
- Experience supporting engineering, R&D, manufacturing, or IT roles is highly preferred.
- Experience in a corporate, agency, or RPO recruiting environment.
