Job Summary
Carlisle Companies Incorporated, a worldwide leading diversified manufacturer of premium building products and related technology has an immediate opening for aGraphic Designer Ito join our Marketing teaminCarlisle, Pa.This position will also execute a variety of graphic design projects for both internal and external customers, all while maintaining our high standards of excellence and attention to detail and adhering to set deadlines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creates designs, concepts and supporting graphics for multiple types of projects including advertisements, postcards, newsletters, flyers, invitations, logos, email blasts, social media, signage, PowerPoint presentations, and product labeling, using knowledge of design and layout principles.
- Works closely with IMC Brand Managers and Marketing Coordinators on completion of design projects.
- Participates in brainstorming sessions with creative team to generate new ideas for advertising campaigns, promotions, and sales tools.
- Understands the goals of our client base and adjusts designs to meet their needs.
- Performs revisions to product data sheets and sales literature.
- Maintains company brand standards through multiple mediums.
- Resizes master print and web ads for submittal to various publications.
- Provides graphic support for PowerPoint presentations for meetings and events.
- Sends finalized design projects to print at in-house print shop and to outside vendors.
- Organizes and maintains project files locally and on company server.
- Attends weekly designer meeting for brainstorming, critique, and planning.
- Meets deadlines set by the Graphic Design Supervisor.

Requirements:Education and Experience:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- A minimum of three years of job-related experience.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
