We are seeking an experienced person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in cash handling, retail math, Toast POS, cash register operations, banquets, customer service in the food industry in a fast paced environment. Looking for someone able to work banquets as needed and fill in any holes in the schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages to members following standard recipes
- Interact with members, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Check identification of members to verify membership requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
Requirements:
- Experience in the food industry or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in basic math and retail math calculations
- Familiarity with Toast POS system is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures
-Must be RAMP certified or must get RAMP Certified
- Knowledge of private clubs and small games of chance preferred
