Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) or Dental Assistant

Carlisle Family & Cosmetic Dentistry is hiring a full-time dental assistant or EFDA.

We are a private practice treating long-term patients. We focus on thorough and complete oral care in a relationship-based, friendly, and caring environment.

Current PA License and CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Perform radiographic imaging and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate patient records using EMR systems while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
• Prepare and sterilize instruments.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient workflow and patient comfort.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 34 per week
