Job description
Member Service Representative Requirements:
- Strong sales and customer service experience
- Computer and internet skills
- Enjoy meeting people and a fast-paced work environment
- Effectively multi-task while working your scheduled shift
- Work weekends on a rotation
Member Service Representative responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Member service
- Membership sales
- Promoting programs
- Point of contact in facility and/or medical emergencies
- Attend monthly staff meetings and/or trainings
- Various other small projects as assigned
Job Type:
- Part-time – generally 4 hours (standing) and 2 or 3 days a week with rotating weekend shifts
- Shifts: 12:30pm-5:30pm, 3:00pm-8:00pm, 5:30pm -9:00 pm (There's some flexibility with these shifts)
Member Service Representative Pay:
- $10/hour
- Includes a complimentary individual Y membership for our newly renovated facility – including all fitness classes, rec and lap swimming, 9,000 sq. ft. Wellness Center and much more!
