Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to capture new market opportunities and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with internal teams to align strategic plans with business objectives.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, markets, and industry sectors. Utilize market research and intelligence to target high-potential prospects and expand the company’s market footprint.
- Key Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with key clients and strategic partners. Develop and execute strategies to enhance client satisfaction, secure repeat business, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement advanced sales strategies to drive business growth. Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling, and expanding product offerings within existing accounts.

Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing complex sales processes.
- Associate's degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred; MBA is a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of industry-specific products, technologies, and market dynamics.
- Familiarity with spray finishing equipment, paint and solvent properties is a plus.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior-level stakeholders and clients.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on market intelligence and performance optimization.
- Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
