Summary:
The Product Management Coordinator works across the organization to provide product management support on pricing, engineering changes, data, analysis and general support to the global product management team.
Responsibilities:
· Pricing of saleable un-priced products
· Analyze and correct pricing errors
· Locate and support product cost issues
· Provide product information for ECN’s, EQA’s and non-standard concessions
· Produce standard Power BI reports
· Work with Product Manager’s to help determine product stocking levels
· Assist in support and follow up on product quality issues
· Address any questions from Tech support and customer service
· Research new part numbers and assign them to the appropriate SBU
· Update product information in ERP’s
· Obsolescence and rationalization support
· Address product backorder issues
· Provide Product Training support
· Analyze slow moving inventory and develop plans to sell off
· Categorizing products into correct SBU
· Report NPD spare parts to Finance for vitality index
Required Qualifications:
· Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in commercial, engineering, technical support, customer service
· Bachelor’s or associate degree in marketing, business, engineering, or relevant experience
· Proficiency in ERP systems (Epicor, Navision)
· Process focused and result driven, understands priorities and capable of delivering results
· Financial acumen – Cost-of-ownership understanding, value pricing, ROI
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, cross-cultural aptitude and experience are preferred
· Aptitude in project management, decision-making and problem-solving
· Multi-tasking, planning, organization
