Description
We are currently seeking a professional to take on the role of Financial Analyst. The ideal candidate's primary focus of this position is to support the finance team in coordinating / administering the monthly financials, as well as supporting costing and inventory management processes at our organization's United States manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities & Duties :
- Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written).
- Team player; able to work across organization lines to achieve results.
- Good business skills; analytical and able to solve complex technical problems.
- Able to visualize and conceptualize concepts and ideas.
- Able to quickly grasp and understand technical accounting concepts and applications.
- Good analysis skills.
- Strong personal computer skills Excel, Word, Access.
- High level of integrity; commitment to continuous improvement; understanding of modern accounting control and manufacturing theory and practice.
- Support with P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, month end close, and account reconciliations.
- Primarily support Medina, OH operations, but will also help support Bloomington, IN operations as needed.
