We are seeking a Community Manager for an Affordable apartment community in Yanceyville, NC. Sunvale Apartments is a family community with approximately 40 units. Qualified Professionals will have at least two years of property management experience in affordable housing. This position is part time at 24 hours per week.
Summary of Position :
- Leasing and marketing vacant and upcoming apartments
- Resident certifying
- Assisting residents, answering the telephone, and responding to emails
- Completing all lease paperwork
- Completing and processing applications
- Explaining lease agreements and all appropriate addenda to new residents
- Walking apartments and property to report all necessary improvements.
- Upkeep the office and clubhouse
- Rent collections
- Processing invoices
- Other duties as assigned
